Shipping

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination:

• United States: 7–14 business days
• International: 14–17 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. LaSantos Bomura is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every piece we put our name on. If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

• Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
• Wrong item received: Reach out within 7 days and we will send the correct item immediately.
• Size exchanges: We accept size exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items: Customized or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@lasantosbomura.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
